“ Habe letztes Wochenende hier auf einer Hochzeit aufgelegt und muss sagen, eine absolute Empfehlung. Sehr schöne Location, wie ich gehört habe tolles Essen (war erst zur Party gebucht), ein super freundliches und hilfsbereites Serviceteam und eine, wie ich finde mehr als ausreichende Anlage. Hier kann man eine super Party feiern. Habe mich mehr als gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann das Restaurant zum Auerhahn bedingungslos empfehlen! ”
“ Das Restaurant Zum Auerhahn in Pulheim-Sinnersdorf beeindruckt schon beim Eintreten. Ein toller Raum! - Die Küche von René Katzenberger ist modern und ambitioniert und gefällt durch kreatives Aromen-Zusammenspiel. Feine Grüße aus der Küche wurden uns auf Schallplatten gereicht. Danach herausragend aus den guten Gängen waren das Rindertartar, der geröstete Sellerie, und das Kaviar-Ei mit Vanille und Maracuja fanden wir besser als das Signature-Ei im Taku. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Präsentation der Gänge. Das Weinangebot ist gut und preislich angemessen. Das Personal arbeitet mit Leidenschaft und Humor. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ”

Die Location hat uns direkt super positiv eingestimmt. Der Service durch durch das Personal war von a bis z einfach nur super. Wir haben uns für das sieben Gänge Menü entschieden.
